I am a 3rd-year undergraduate student studying Sports Therapy BSc (Hons) and have experience working within professional sport alongside technical coaches, medical staff and other health and fitness professional. I am passionate about sport having played at a high level myself I understand the demands and expectations that come alongside playing at such a level. Clinical experience and work placements have taught me how to manage, rehabilitate and prevent injuries. Alongside my S&C modules and personal training course, this has given me a great understanding of how to tailor and create effective programmes individual to each client. This enables them to enhance performance and achieve their personal aims/goals whether that’s returning from injury, losing weight or just to improve their general fitness.
I am always looking to further my knowledge and regularly attend CPD courses, workshops, seminars and conferences. Here is a list of my current qualifications:
