I am a fully qualified and accredited personal trainer. Through my Sports Therapy degree (ongoing) I have learned how to manage, rehabilitate and prevent injuries. Alongside my strength and conditioning modules and personal training course this has give me a great understanding of how to tailor and create effective programmes individual to YOU and your personal aims / goals.
