HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
As previously mentioned I have a background in sports therapy and personal training but have also completed an advanced diploma in sports development coaching and fitness. I have worked with a range of athletes both professional and amateur to promote recover and sporting excellence.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
There is no extra charge for nutritional advice, this is part of the service however if you require nutritional advice it may  be a good idea to book an extra session to ensure that we have time to complete a thorough assessment as there may not be time in the initial consultation.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Resistance bands are a great way to enhance your home workout as they increase the level of muscle activation making your workout more effective.

Foam rollers will help to loosen muscle fibres, release tension and promote recovery by helping to remove lactic acid from the muscle post workout.
